At AMSSoftX, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of everyone who uses what we build. This Privacy Policy applies across our entire ecosystem — our website, our Android and desktop apps, our custom software and web platforms, our electronics and IoT hardware, our AI/prompt-engineering tools, and any academic or freelance project we deliver. Wherever you're interacting with an AMSSoftX product or service, this policy governs how your information is collected, used, and protected.
The data we collect depends on which product or service you use. This includes:
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Many of our Android apps (such as our Wargani & Donation Receipt App) are designed to store your records locally on your own device by default. We do not access, view, or upload this on-device data to our servers unless the app explicitly offers a cloud-backup or sync feature that you choose to enable.
AMSSoftX utilizes enterprise-grade encryption for all data storage. We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties. Information is only shared with trusted partners (like courier services, app stores, or payment gateways) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders or app distribution requirements.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. For app-based data stored on your own device, you can clear this at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage from your device settings.
As AMSSoftX expands into new products — apps, hardware, or AI tools — this policy may be updated to reflect those changes. Continued use of any AMSSoftX product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend checking this page periodically.
For any privacy-related questions across any of our products or services, reach out at amssoftx@gmail.com or via the contact options on our website.
