Purchasing & Refund Policy

1 Payment Structure

For custom development projects, a non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project. This covers the initial architectural design and resource reservation.

2 Delivery & Acceptance

Upon final delivery of your project, clients have a defined "Acceptance Period" to test the product. If the product fails to meet the agreed technical requirements, our team will provide necessary fixes at no additional cost.

3 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. However:

• Digital files (prompts, code, reports) are final and non-refundable upon delivery.
• Hardware components that have been opened or customized for your specific project cannot be returned.
• If a project is halted by the client, no refunds for work already completed shall be provided.
