Hardware Shipping Policy

1 Production & Testing

AMSSoftX believes in quality over speed. Every custom IoT device, sensor module, or embedded hardware prototype undergoes a minimum of 48 hours of stress testing before it is approved for shipping.

2 Shipping Timelines

Once your order has passed quality assurance, it is dispatched via premium courier partners. While we aim for delivery within 7-10 business days for most domestic regions, please note that customs or logistics delays are outside our control.

3 Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take extreme care in packaging hardware to prevent electrostatic or physical damage. In the unlikely event that your hardware arrives in a non-functional state:

• You must document the condition of the box and the product immediately upon delivery.
• You are required to submit an unboxing video or clear photographic evidence to our support email within 48 hours.
• Replacement units will be shipped following our assessment of the damage report.
